Lovely room, unfortunately the sofa bed had not been made-up prior to our check-in, however a quick visit to the very helpful Reception soon sorted this, along with an extra cup and towels for the third person. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and pleasant too.

We stayed here as a stop off hotel on our way to holiday. We booked a pitch view with a balcony and to say we were happy is an understatement, it was incredible. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious and very good service, will definitely be our hotel of choice if we come this way again.

The Utilita Bowl is a fantastic hotel, very comfortable bed and great amenities, a brilliant option in this neck of the woods. The one thing I would add however, having stayed there a few years ago I notice some really simple things that could be done to keep it maintained, there was black mould in the bathroom and some of the sealant coming off in the bathroom. Breakfast provides a good range, however it was not well organised, with the omelette station not really functioning on the morning I was there, coffee not arriving at the table after offering etc.

Ideal location for our trip, we upgraded and had a great view of the cricket ground and balcony definitely a bonus. Room was lovely, had all facilities needed for our stay, clean and very presentable. We had an evening meal this was very pleasant and staff were polite and professional.
