Disliked: Amenities, communication
Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending this site . What was meant to be a lovely family celebration was spolit .
