This was the perfect location for a quick, last minute, weekend getaway on the cape with great access to a private beach and pools. The staff were very helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the beach, great pool!, clean!! Pool view room was tucked away in the corner without any view of the pool, remote on the TV did not work-waited at least 1/2 an hour for someone to change the batteries which should be checked by housekeeping prior to that -as it is a big inconvenience with a simple solution, was woken up by children running back and forth upstairs . Overall, it was decent day. However, a few simple changes could’ve made this much better.!

Room was clean and housekeeping came in daily even though the front desk said they only come in by request. Beach was combed in the afternoon. This property was lovely but very family oriented. Not for just adults wanting to get any quiet beach time unless you are out there at 7am. Lots of activities for the kids. Towels were plentiful. Appreciated security checking parking tags as we entered. Latte in the cafe was FABULOUS!!! Staff were very friendly!

We had a bit of a problem with housekeeping. We had to ask so many times for our room to be done. Mutiple times on that one day. We asked for an extra blanket. Someone dropped it off while we were gone and when housekeeping finally came, they took the extra blanket. The place was very nice though. And people were very nice.

This property was great for families it allowed for indoor and outdoor activities. Drinks were great. Food was mediocre and slightly overpriced, but the view and the beer garden were really nice. Friday night they had a dance party and throughout the daytime there were activities around the pool for the kids to do. I didn't see staff going around asking for drinking food orders though it was a little bit difficult to do that. I found myself having to go to the bar myself or order takeout if I wanted to take it to the pool or the beach from the restaurant on property

Fabulous family vacation destination that is very well staffed with polite and professional employees. Everything is convenient and there are "plenty" in terms of pools (one is indoor, two are outdoor), pool chairs, beach loungers, etc. The "Bean Box" on the beach is a nice touch as is the multiple water stations throughout the property for hydration. Beach umbrellas were set up by the staff at no extra charge. Beach attendants (for lunch, drinks and cocktails) were attentive, friendly and polite. The Sam Adams Beach Bar is terrific - easy to access and perfect for those who want to stay on the beach during lunch. The food offereings were limited but good. Close to town with a lot of different shops, restaurants, etc. Can't beat the location of this resort - and we hope to return again soon.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for my older teenage sons. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There was plenty to keep us occupied. We did have breakfast once at the restaurant. The only issue was that they got my husband's order wrong, but the food was still tasty. The staff was helpful and polite. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and were sad to say goodbye.

Beautiful clean resort right on the beach. Staff to help set up complimentary umbrella and chairs on the beach. Drink and food service on the beach as well. Staff greeted us with a smile and offered to help with luggage. Check in process went smoothly with the help of Marina. Marina and RJ team also went out of their way to help us decorate our room to surprise our friends for their 50th birthdays. We also received a box of chocolate and card from them, very kind gesture. We had a great time and look forward to coming back next year. Thank you again to Marina and RJ team for making our stay special and memorable!

This location is outstanding. I have been staying at this property for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Although I find the $25 per day parking fee ridiculous. The parking lot was empty.😊
