Beautiful sandy beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for all the guests. There is a nice bar/snack place right by the beach and on our Saturday afternoon there was live music and a little pirate parade for the kids. The property does not have elevators so travelers with mobility issues should request a ground floor room. That being said the staff offered several times to help carry our bags upstairs. The location is great, only a short drive to Hyannis port if you want to catch a ferry. We would stay here again.

Very courteous and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Nice location with the beach, but pool opens very late. Barely any parking. Good for the one time but likely wouldn’t pay that much to stay again.

The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. I loved that the beach and pool were very close to the rooms and that chairs, umbrellas and towels were all included. The beach and view were beautiful and the snack bar near the pool was good for drinks or a quick lunch. We would definitely return.

Location and staff were great. Great beach and availability of towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Hotel itself was dated, spots on rugs, no elevators, limited TV channels and older style remote, small old-fashion bathroom, tub and shower. AC unit was loud and you could hear people in the room above you. We didn’t realize there was a $25/day for parking, which was pretty hefty given the high nightly rate. But, the location and beach was why the review is four stars.

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and towels. We ended the day with time at the pool. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday and this was top notch. We ate at the restaurant and drinks at the bar. All we needed for a perfect weekend getaway

I loved staying at Blue Water Resort! Right on the beach with easy access, helpful staff, easy parking and checking in/out. I do just wish housekeeping would have made beds between cleanings, and also there was a pasta sauce stain on the floor outside room 104 (down the hall from our room) that was there our entire stay. The floors to the rooms stay covered in sand, as housekeeping doesn’t vacuum each day. I would stay here again for the convenience to the pools and access to the beach, but do wish it was cleaned better.

We had the most amazing house keeper, Ricardo! The room we had was maintained extremely well by Ricardo! While visiting other family members in another building I found very dirty carpets that needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. No towels available at pool and beach when requesting them. The outside gardens were well maintained in certain areas and the beverage dispensers only took your money without dispensing your drink.

Check in & out was super simple. Registration staff & grounds people were very friendly & helpful. The rooms that we booked were very clean and very big. The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!

Pros: Incredible amenities on the Cape with direct private beach access. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tub. Excellent restaurant and snack bar. Calm waters on non windy days. Great beach stroll ay time of day. Shares amenities with sister hotel next door - even more benefits! Arm bands provide security and easy access to amenities. Well appointed rooms. Low noise on back side of multi story building with small ocean view (thank you!) Cons: almost time to resurface tub in our room but this was in no way a big issue, no elevator in main building (not an issue for us but could be for others), parking a little challenging but it worked out. Overall best property in Yarmouth. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to the blue water for years. I do love this resort and the updates to the rooms were fabulous. One complaint would be that the menu at the outside bar was better in the past, also the bar was open later than it is now. On the 4th of July weekend the entertainment did not show up on Friday, and the bar was closing much too early in my opinion. Other than those things this is still my favorite place to be.

Great place- excellent views/ocean access, helpful staff, clean. Did not like being charged $25/ night to park and find out when you arrive. It was not crowded, parking charges seem unfair. That added an additional $75 to our bill
