We were overall satisfied with the hotel. We just found the lounge and restaurant to be short staffed. The food was excellent but long waits with few customers waiting.

Well, after paying close to $200 per night, the hotel is not even providing bottled water in the room. That by itself disappointed me from the get go. However, I am not going to forget the quality service given by the cleaning ladies whom I guess are paid minimum wage for the hard work they do.
