The room was so Satisfying it was vkean and it snelled wonderful. The staff Mrs. Nurvina was ever so helpfull n so inviting as in she nade us feel comfortable and was very helpful. Ill definately recommend and stay at Windwater at South Padre island again n everytime I ho to the Island.

Its a run down hotel will not stay there ever again rooms are clean but everything is old and doesn't work properly, shower was full mold and mildew. For what they charge a night is over expensive.

It was spring break weekend, so the area was extremely loud at night too much partying outside screaming yelling fighting I really don’t know how the property is if it wasn’t spring break but my spring break weekend was horrible. My room was nice. It had water view. Staff was OK.

Rooms are definitely worn down but I went with my son to fish and we really did enjoy the location on the bay, and price. . They are dog friendly, 2 under 50lbs. It was $25 for 1 but she made a good deal including upgrade by the water. We caught a few smaller fish. Front desk gal was very nice.

To start off if I could rate this hotel 10 stars I would ! The staff was very welcoming & happy to assist us on our stay. The room was clean and neat had no issues at all. I will definitely be booking again very soon. Also that staff needs to get a raise cause of them is the reason I'll be returning soon.

Staff was very polite. The room was good size master bedroom and then 2nd room two full size bunk beds. My complaint is sliding door to balcony was broken so could not secure it. Minor damages to room that could be easily fixed. Blow dryer on switch broken, window blinds in 2nd room torn and front door needs a door sweep n maybe an added door lock.

The staff was very friendly and we felt safe. However, there was a mildew issue in the bathroom, the towels were terribly stained, and the patio set was dirty. Yet, this was an affordable hotel on the island in a good location. Our room backed to the marina, which was nice.
