The rooms were clean and upgraded... been staying here for years. I love the convenience of being right on the beach has a nice little bar and volleyball courts to use. Recommend staying here if your looking for a good time. Staff is friendly and welcoming

Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bar tender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the night life during the off season. The only thing I didn't like was there was no one at the front after hours or in the morning I checked out. So I just left the keys in the room.

Perfect check in, the front desk lady was so nice and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is perfect! Thanks to Expedia we had an extended check out and I talked to the front desk and they told me that we could check out at 1pm. Well, at 11:00am a rude cleaning lady opened our room and yelled at us that we needed to leave because it was already 11:00 (in Spanish), she wake us up and was so rude yelling like if we were doing something wrong. Then when we were leaving, she went again and said in a rude way again: they are still here. I know people make mistakes, if she did not know we had an extended check out she could have been at least nice and not rude as she was. I talked to the front desk lady and she says she was going to address the issue with that person and apologized for the inconvenient. I hope they improve on that part. Thank you!

Didn’t like lot of pets with owners who didn’t clean up their messes on beach or around grounds. Hotel office was closed. A small message directed us to the bar. A request for late checkout was denied - unless we were willing to pay an additional $40. Only one lock on entry door - dead bolt didn’t work. Lock on balcony door broken. The lady who did room cleaning was GREAT 😊
