We have been now three times and love the proximity to the beach and the access. They accommodate you so well since we are IHG members. We have nothing bad to say about them at all but if I had to say less than 5 stars on something it would just be maintenance. The maintenance guy/gal should definitely paint some areas in our room with the same sheen (there were paint marks with different sheens so they were noticeable). Overall we LOVE THE PLACE and it will be a staple for us every year!

The staff was courteous. I was not expecting the restroom to be so tiny. The door was too close to the actual toilet that closing the door was a challenge. Breakfast was great room was clean but light went out twice the second time I never came back after like 3 or 4 hrs I don’t recall it was already late we had just gotten back to the hotel we went out and had dinner when we arrived lights went out we got stuck on floor 3 room was floor 4 called for help got to our room through the stairs was having a hard time getting in to our room it was getting super hot in the room ugh long story short we ended up sleeping like at 3 in the morning because of the light I was so fed up I was also washing my clothes before this all happened I stayed alone while washing ughhh had to leave the site because there was no light and they stole my clothes bag 💼 😭

The room was fine. We were on the ground floor. The carpet felt damp and in the 3 days we stayed there, i kilked half a dozen flies in our room and i caught one little lizard and took it outside. I assume they came in around the window.
