“Great location, pleasant traditional rustic bar with some good ales. Rooms were dated and bathroom needed some tlc.but for our needs it was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and kept me going all day. The dinning area was rustic too, but ok for us. Would use again.”

“Had a very comfortable one night stay at this very pretty property. Room was just as shown, clean & big enough for our needs. Delicious breakfast included in price, that we ate in main building which is beautiful. Lovely friendly staff. Can't fault it, glad we stayed & would stay again if in area. Recommend.”

“Great breakfast Bathroom could do with a lick of paint”

“Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Lovely room. Cannot fault the hotel far superior to your premier inns and far better value for money.”

Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

“Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore”

“Genial! ”
