Stayed for a long weekend in the grand villa. The room was spacious and clean. Even though it was winter there were still tons of activities in the resort. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of skiing and the balcony had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Friendly staff that made check-in a breeze. Lots of activities for kids like pool, arcade room and scheduled activities (like making your own slime). Large pool, hot tub and saunas on site. Some cons were that there was not much of a selection in market for food. Another was that the rooms were outdated and needed a little extra cleaning particularly the vents but were accommodating and clean. Sound carries throughout the units (especially the shower and running kids).
