This was an amazing property in an absolutely delightful location. The Berkshires are beautiful and well worth a visit. This property exceeded my expectations with how well maintained everything was and what there was to offer. The suite I had was spacious and I especially enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the woods. Wonderful location, would highly recommend!

Mini golf was amazing, as was having access to shuffleboard, cornhole and more. And the arcade was great, too, we went back many times! Room was clean and nice with it's own balcony and the resort was calm and quiet.

This is a well maintained property. Very family friendly lots of kids and indoor outdoor pools, mini golf, arcade, saunas. We stayed in a 2 story townhouse with 2 full bathrooms living room upstairs bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi. Kitchen is very clean and supplied with all you need. And the backyard is all the Berkshire’s have to provide. Wonderful. We stayed 2 nights.

The condo unit was a pleasant surprise for a weekend away. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed one if the onsite pools. Unfortunately, when we returned in the evening to swim inside, a group of 4 people ( yes, only 4) had rudely taken over the space and were so loud, that we left. We would definitely return for another stay.

The resort is fabulous, has everything a person could want, from swimming pools, workout areas, sauna, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball, miniature golf, etc., etc., laundry facilities. THe staff is very nice, efficient, and helpful. The units are a little old and we have had some difficulty with our washing machine. The biggest issue, actually, has been connectivity. We have had a great deal of trouble trying to make phone calls. Have been here four times and plan to return again.

Stayed in a one bedroom villa. The room had a living room and kitchen downstairs, the bedroom was upstairs. The bathrooms were well stocked with linens. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very serviceable. The property was well maintained. Noticed bears on a couple of occasions roaming through the property. I think it would be good to be informed about this upon arrival. Glad I didn’t unwittingly leave any food in the car before I knew about the bear presence.

The rooms are not at all fancy, but perfect for a family if you want to get away for a few nights. We went with my 3, 4, and 7-year-olds and spent two nights playing in the pool, mini-golfing, and hitting the arcade once or twice. Again, not very high-end, but if you’re with children who love a pool and easy activities, it’s a good choice.
