This place was so convenient! It is across the street from the Heavenly Ski Resort tram, making it extremely easy for us to get up on the mountain. The staff was very kind and efficient in helping us get our ski gear in and out of our vehicle.

We found the place amazing.the valet service was excellent, and when we came to our room, it was completely spotless. They also had a hot tub and a bunch of other unique rooms to check out. It was an amazing stay.

Great location next walking distance to heavenly. Valet parking only so anytime you have to leave they have to bring your vehicle to you. Make sure you pay attention to their staffed valet times or you can make prior arrangements with them if you need vehicle before staffed times. Great coffee and break bar (not free). Overall location to heavenly is well worth it.

Great location to ski slope. Easy to walk across the street to the lift. Staff was very friendly and the place had a great lobby that was large with TV’s, gas fire places, and plenty of seating areas for groups or singles. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have an onsite bar and some food options.
