The location is perfect, we can walk to the shops and restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly and they have a goodie bag waiting for your fur baby. They also have a fire pit by the pool if you wanted to stay warm and chill.

Room was fairly clean, and the location was great for the rate we paid. Walking distance to the beach, shopping center, and lots of big hotels/casinos. The lack of in-person check-in was a bit unfamiliar since we couldn't really request any refills on amenities, but the bathroom was fully stocked with shower supplies and toilet paper. Shower was a bit older, but it did the trick. WiFi worked great, and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Parking spaces were right in front of the rooms, and there were plenty of spots available.

The location is near the state line. This central to the mountain biking and hiking that I do in the Tahoe basin. It’s within easy walking distance of shopping and the necessities like Starbucks.

Every time I walked in the room barefoot the bottom of my feet turned black. The shower curtain had red mold across the bottom of it. The shower didn’t seem clean in general. The AC worked well. If we wanted housekeeping you had to pay an extra $25 for it which was annoying so we didn’t and ended up just keeping our dirty towels and garbage in our room with us. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was a much cheaper price than what we paid. Location was great though and it was walkable to the main area of downtown.

The room was very nice and roomy, the king size bed was perfect, very comfortable. Unfortunately the location of the room was right next to the laundry room so all you heard all day/night was the slamming of that door… The a/c worked great but the heater did not work, fortunately we had a fireplace that kept us plenty warm. Also no internet so we couldn’t really watch tv.. But the staff was super friendly and always ready to help.

The room was very clean and amenities were nice, however the sink was very odd. It left no room on the counter to put your make-up on the counter or lean in towards the mirror to apply your makeup because the sink was so large and in the way. Our one beside lamp did not work also. (Room 13) The views of the mountains were spectacular to wake up to!

Honestly the best hotel. Staff was really nice, room was really clean, parking was easy. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to harrah’s snd other casinos. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was probably one of my favorites. They are pet friendly, we didn’t bring ours this time but to know they have dog blankets and towels in your room to dry off your dog was a big win in my book. I typically don’t stay in the same hotel twice, this one I definitely will be back.
