This hotel was very clean and in a great location for enjoying Kerr Reservoir. The best part of this place was the service from the front desk staff. I had an issue with my reservation (my fault) and the person at the front desk totally took care of me without any problem. Definitely a place I will return to.

The sheets, towels, sink, countertops and bathtub we’re all very clean, but it’s the little things like the back of the bathroom door or the door to the outside balcony we’re all kind of gross and should’ve been wiped down. The beds were fine no signs of bedbugs or anything like that just really uncomfortable. Unfortunately we’ll probably have to stay here again and if we do, I’m going to bring cleaning supplies with me.
