“Perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Stunning grounds, great room with lovely views, the lodge was cozy and the food was great - the breakfast in particular was amazing. Dinner was expensive but it didn’t disappoint and convenient onsite. No TV in the room but no need with the cozy fireplace. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. Mini fridge, good tea and coffee making facilities. Spa bath wasn’t working unfortunately but enjoyed the sauna. Would 100% recommend this place for a...

“Always spotlessly clean has every thing you need if you need to cook or heat up food, and have a great selection of refreshments and lovely toiletries . The Thermal Mineral spa is invigorating to heart and soul you feel like a different person by the time you leave . We have been frequenting this Motel 22 years and feel well rested and happy. Wish we could afford to buy it ourselves .Thankyou Parakai geothermal Motel and staff we shall keep returning.”

“Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror.”
