It was a great stay, But be prepare to nickled and dimed to death. to stay at resort, there is a $39.99 i belive to stay there, on top of what you pay to expedia. its a resort tax.then theres a parking fee on top of that. the fee is $35. each night, you park your rental car there. so that was a unexpectaned $75 plus tax , additional every night.

The Baha Mar facility is absolutely beautiful, and this was my fourth time staying there. I will definitely go back because I really enjoy the resort overall. However, the service at many of the bars and restaurants was disappointing. Several staff members had an attitude and openly complained about management and not being paid enough. At times, it felt like guests were being made to feel uncomfortable or pressured to leave an additional tip, even though a 15% gratuity is already automatically added to every bill. When you’re paying a premium to stay at a resort like Baha Mar, you expect friendly and professional service. Guests should never be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable about tipping beyond the gratuity that is already included. I really hope management addresses this issue. Baha Mar is a beautiful resort with so much to offer, and I will visit again, but the attitude and level of service from some of the staff definitely needs improvement.
