We enjoyed the assortment of breakfast items and the bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk folks were extremely friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and prices during the football game weekend were absolutely horrific - a 200% markup.

The stuff was very nice and friendly and we had a nice stay. The breakfast was good and coffee as well! However, there were some insects (spiders and ants) in the room where we stayed. And overall it wasn’t very clean. It’s a good choice for this price.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can report was the cleanliness of the room. There were cobwebs hanging on the wall and the carpeting had a huge stain at the entrance, as well as stains on the couch and extra blanket.

The woman who helped check us in was AMAZING! She was so kind to my family she put together extra bedding for my kids she joked around with all of us she just made our first impression of your hotel awesome. I was in town for a family emergency. My mother was in the ICU at the hospital that is so very very close to this hotel. All the way from the front desk to the room to the pool to the breakfast provided and the cleanliness of the overall place to the social atmosphere that seems so welcoming with all the other guests living their lives in the lobby and the patio area our experience was amazing. Especially dealing with what I was dealing with. Every single member of the front desk that we had interactions with during our 5 days stay was compassionate and empathetic and seemed that they literally would have followed through with their words that if there was anything they could do to help us but they would.
