Location needs a updated, lots of deferred maintenance, stained pillow cases, coffee maker in breakfast area was out of order for 2+days, sink leaked and after reporting it the first day was not looked at nor fixed for the entire stay. Pillows weren’t the best. Would not stay at this location again.

This place is a perfectly fine place to sleep a few hours. The tiny swimming pool is not worth mentioning; too small for adults and too completely uninteresting for kids. Most memorable moment: big tour group of teenagers was staying at the place, so it is my theory that the staff decided to put an "out of order" sign on the coffee machine to protect it from the big crowd of younguns. For whatever reason, they told me it was out of service and couldn't get fixed until Monday, and so I should go to Dunkin or Starbucks for coffee. 90 minutes later as I was checking out, I noticed the sign was gone and so I got myself a cup of coffee. The same staff member called over to me "it's still out of order" but I let my eyes provide the facts. The coffee was perfectly fine. When I travel on the interstates, the two things I need most in a motel are exercise and coffee. This coffee thing really struck me as absurd. Pro tip: keep a backup coffee machine, OR, offer Starbucks vouchers if it's broken, OR, don't say it's broken when it is clearly not.

When we arrived, the room had automatic shades that would not go down. It was late and we needed sleep. The phone said internet was out and couldnt call front desk. Went down. Advice given- just keep messing with the remote. Did so, not working. Went back down bc phone number given was actually a fax. He came up, messed with remote for a while, then it worked. Ok, show me how you did it, so I can. He had no idea, so we had to leave it closed for the duration. Please get rid of auto shades that no one knows how to work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the phone and clock radio did not work in the room plus the chair was stained with something. I mentioned this to the staff and they made note of it. Hopefully they get these small things addressed. Quiet room and I did get a restful sleep on a comfortable bed. Shower and bath were also very clean. Don’t worry about parking as there is plenty. If I am ever in the area, I will definitely book with them again.

Room smelled like cat urine, I asked to be moved, but they were fully booked. The front desk clerk said she could use room spray. We went to the room and she sprayed 8 squirts into the air conditioner vent, saying it’s just how the vents smell in every room. Ummm, ok. I did have an unusually high vaulted ceiling, but that lent to not being able to get the spider webs stuck to the wall. This place was ok if you are in a pinch, but there are a handful of other choices within sight, choose one of those!
