I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn several times now and it has always been an absolutely terrific experience every time. The hotel is kept clean and tidy, the rooms are great and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

This Holiday Inn was exceptional. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was great! We arrived close to the closing time for breakfast, and the lady working there offered to make us some bacon if we wanted. We would not have asked, since we were the ones who were running late. She closed up shop and brought bacon out to our table for us. I loved that they had bird feeders outside the window so I could watch them during breakfast. We had always stayed elsewhere when I returned home for visits, but this is my new location. I also felt safe enough to stay here without my husband on those trips he doesn't attend. Well done, Holiday Inn, Niles!!!!!!

Great stay! The staff were all nice and very helpful to a few needs we had. Everything was super clean in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast spread was very good with friendly staff busy keeping everything stocked up. If in the area, it's a great place to stay and convenient to explore the area. Thanks

The room was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults to stay in. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay and Expedia did not notify us of this. Hotel provided us with compensation for the inconvenience.

Staff was welcoming, friendly,and helpful from the time of checkin through departure. The breakfast was outstanding. I am 79 and I have traveled a lot staying at 5 star to moderate hotels. I have never had such an extensive complimentary breakfast offered anywhere. I want to especially commend the woman who took care of the food as well as the women at the front desk. They were smiley, polite, helpful and personable. As a matter of fact, all of the staff smiled and greeted us letting us know they were glad we were staying at their hotel. When I am in the South Bend area, I will be staying here again.

Stayed at the hotel for my son's basketball tournament weekend. Staff all was nice. The hotel AND rooms both were clean. There was no weird smells. The beds where very comfortable. The hotel was literally 20min from everything needed outside of Walmart (which was right across the street) breakfast was decent. No complaints.
