The room and beds were very clean and comfy. We used it as a one night only just for sleeping and unfortunately there was so much continual noise outside and in the halls until after midnight with large groups of people that we were not able to sleep! Breakfast was good.

When we checked in, we requested housekeeping services for each of our four-day stay. We got exactly one such service. When we attempted to converse with someone at the desk, there was no one there on each occasion. Although we appreciate the oatmeal that is available at breakfast, the only milk to be had is 2% milk. I am lactose intolerant, like many people, and I do not think it would be too much to ask for some sort of lactose-free milk. The rooms themselves need updating. The tub and shower are quaint, the carpet needed replacing and everything had a worn-out look. Most troubling of all is that there were several dogs that were apparently staying in the rooms with their owners. I am allergic to them. If I unknowingly had stayed in a room that had housed a dog, I would be calling my lawyer right now.
