Our stay was very disappointing. We were with a team and it is probably best if this hotel does not participate in hosting teams as they were very rigid and not very welcoming. I completely appreciate the need for rules to ensure everyone is safe and to avoid any damage to the building but the approach was a little extreme (ie the coaches bringing the kids for a walk around the building outside was not allowed). Additionally, the services were very much lacking. The garbage was not emptied once during our 3 night stay, we had to get our own towels and toilet paper. On the last night the hotel did allow us to use the lobby space for a team meal and the gentleman that was working was very kind and welcoming. Aside from this (which we really appreciated) I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
