The property itself was very basic, no bed linen or towels provided so make sure you bring your own. Also it was hot upstairs although there was one fan available. The propertywas well situated - close to the pool and cafe. Staff at the cafe and bar were lovely, and made us feel very welcome. Check in was straightforward, and the swimming pool was nice. Would have been nice if other things were included with our property, to make use of the facilities such as tennis rackets, boules, bikes etc.

Un hébergement non conforme a l'annonce

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© en derniĂšre minute dans la rĂ©sidence Villa du Lac Ă  Soustons (rĂ©servation n°72627414591861) du 19 au 26 aoĂ»t 2023, presque 840€ (au lieu de 970€) L'annonce par lequel nous avons louĂ© le logement sur un site hĂ©bergeur Hotels.com est mensonger, autant dans le descriptif que dans les photos, puisque : - L'appartement ne dĂ©tenait ni jardin ni terrasse (ni mĂȘme aucun extĂ©rieur) - Les draps n'Ă©taient pas mis Ă  disposition - L'appartement contenait 1 lit double et 1 canapĂ© convertible et non 3 lits doubles - Il n'y a pas de mĂ©nage hebdomadaire (ni mĂȘme de mĂ©nage final) En plus de cela, les fenĂȘtres de l'appartement donnait devant l'entrĂ©e de la rĂ©sidence (nuisances a toute heure du jour et de la nuit, regards indiscrets, 0 intimitĂ©...). Appartemment sale et en mauvais etat (matelas qui sent l'urine, lattes du sommier du canapĂ© cassĂ©s, joints moisis, tĂ©lĂ© qui ne fonctionne pas,...) La rĂ©sidence, exceptĂ© la piscine, est banale (pas de surveillance, pas de menage des communs, pas d'activitĂ©s...) Durant notre sĂ©jour, nous avons passĂ©s DES HEURES avec le service reclamation (en anglais!) qui au dĂ©but a reconnu les non conformitĂ©s, puis ils ont retournĂ© leur veste. A force de harcĂšlement sur les rĂ©seaux sociaux, VacancĂ©ole a proposĂ© un dedommagement de 100€ (que nous attendons). CotĂ© Hotels.com : rien ! C'est largement insuffisant au regard du prĂ©judice subit... les vacances etant faites pour le repos ! Si vous souhaitez rĂ©server : fuyez VacancĂ©ole ET Hotels.com !!!

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le calme était au rendez-vous. Residence propre, personnel trÚs sympathique. La station balnéaire de Vieux boucau est trÚs sympa. Beaucoup d'activités à faire sur place. Nous y retournerons.

La estancia,nada acogedora, la tapicerĂ­a del sofĂĄ cama muy sucio, el toldo bastante estropeado, ventanas y persianas muy sucias, y el cubo de la fregona rota(compre una nueva) y la caldera de agua caliente solo daba para ducharse 2 personas seguidas para la tercera persona ya el agua estaba frĂ­a, cuando el apartameto era para 6 personas. En definitiva ,no se corresponde el precio con la calidad.

Calidad precio pĂ©sima. Puerta de acceso continuamente dando golpes al abrir y cerrar ya que funciona mediante cĂłdigo, no nos dejaba dormir. NingĂșn rollo de papel higiĂ©nico a la llegada. Ducha sin mampara con cortina de tela y moho. El sofĂĄ cama con mucho polvo. Sabanas incluidas pero ninguna toalla. 1 cuchillo, 1 sartĂ©n, vasos insuficientes...

Séjour agréable

Ça n'a de villa que le nom. En fait, Sun Hols propose des appartements sans espace extĂ©rieur dans la rĂ©sidence Odalys. Les rĂ©sidents Sun hols n'ont pas accĂšs Ă  certaines activitĂ©s Odalys ni au prĂȘt de matĂ©riel sportif. L' appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© mais Ă  rafraĂźchir et la douche minuscule me semble inaccessible Ă  des personnes quelque peu corpulentes. Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait censĂ© avoir Ă©tĂ© fait mais ce n'Ă©tait visiblement pas le cas, surtout la partie cuisine. Sinon, la rĂ©sidence est calme et bien situĂ©e Ă  portĂ©e de vĂ©lo de toutes activitĂ©s (lac, ocĂ©an, marchĂ©, restaurants, animations...) Il y a une grande piscine et 3 cours de tennis en bon Ă©tat.

sejour tres frustrant

Un sĂ©jour qui devait permettre de s'amuser en famille, mais les activites ne sont pas accessibles dans cette residence avec les location par sun holls. Un probleme entre le gestionnaire ( odalys) et les propriĂ©taires. Finalement pas de prĂȘt de matĂ©riel pour faire un mini golf, un ping pong, du tennis, ou mĂȘme pour voir le spectacle du village. on se sent exclus. vacances trĂšs frustrante pour la famille . le site n'est pas clair dans ses explications.

L'hÎtel est tres bien situé. Proche du lac et de la plage. Nous étions logés dans une villa 2 chambres, parfait pour une famille. Animations sympas, espaces collectifs propres. Je conseille la location d'un vélo. Nous recommandons cette résidence.
