Excellent staff and very good place

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Nowara & Spa. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly riad in Marrakech, this is an excellent choice. The location is great, with most of the main attractions in the Medina within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, Saber. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. He was easy to talk to, gave us useful local advice, and really made us feel at home. The riad itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. If you’re after an authentic place to stay without spending a fortune, I’d definitely recommend Riad Nowara & Spa. Thanks again to Saber for making our trip so enjoyable!

Great location - close to the souks and centre of the city but still peaceful.

The hotel is a distance from the centre and main attractions of Marakesh however there is shuttle provided by the hotel but beware you need to give 24 hours notice if you wish to use the service. During your stay you are entitled to use 2 ala carte dining options other than the main buffet however you must book 24 hours in advance I checked in Friday and requested to use one of the options to be told both were fully booked Saturday and one was also fully booked on the Sunday one was also closed on a Monday so out of a possible 6 there was only one reservation available. The main buffet after 8pm is always in need of replenishing sometimes items are replenished some times not so go early if you want the full choice of buffet items.

I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful Riad. The staff was especially was so accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. The day we were leaving we had to leave at 7, despite breakfast starting at 8:30 they made sure the we left with something eat.
