Solange, the cheerful manager at this new hotel, welcomed us at the last minute after a flight cancellation. The property is very clean and walkable to the beach and nice restaurants. Our loft room was spacious with a nice bathroom and strong AC; the beds were a little soft and springy for our preference. There were a couple nice options for the made-to-order breakfast, and we appreciated the complimentary ride to the airport.

Room was very clean. Host (owner) and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel did not look like picture on Expedia. We were surprised 2 locked iron gates were in place for the security/safety of guests and residents.

As a first time visitor in the DR and a solo traveler, it was comforting meeting the owner who was American (as am I) and was happy to fill me in on the area and offered me to let him know if I needed anything. Highly recommend!
