Good sized room, clean. Friendly, helpful staff who helped with your reservations, activity suggestions, and small requests. An issue with the room was professionally and amicably managed. Close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation.

It's an old hotel, but the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spacious, which was nice. I paid €25 per day for parking.

The property was average. They offer nothing in room for bottle water or a cup of tea. It is down a hill so if you walk from the train station.. good luck.. long haul. The breakfast was somewhat satisfactory. The pillows were majorly flat. I truly did sleep well for 4 days. It was totally average. I would not go back again.

This is an older hotel but well maintained and super clean. I didnt realize it was a hostel when i booked. Not a fancy place but clean, convenient. And well kept. Only complaint is the FLAT pillows.

A fine hotel.

A good place to stay, equidistant for a walk between Piazza Tasso and Marina Grande. A large comfy bed, a bath and excellent tv. Cheerful staff at all levels and a very good, diverse choice of breakfast.

Excellent and affordable hotel in the heart of the beautiful Sorrento. Really close to Corso Italia, shops and restaurants. Near a small beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful in booking tours and reservations for us.

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was only 1 block away from the busy Main Street. Near many restaurants and shops. The room was large and comfortable and so was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was nice (although not extravagant), and the staff was always friendly.

This is more of a hotel and not a hostel! Great location and really friendly staff. They made our stay very enjoyable. Only a few minutes walk from Sorrento's main strip. The room was clean and well kept. We would choose to stay here if we came back to Sorrento!

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel location: hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Ferry locations are about 15-20 minutes walk. Rooms: clean and spacious, little out dated but not bad. I wish they had coffee maker in the room that is one thing I would suggest. Good Breakfast with lots of option. Staffs: staffs are professional and very helpful. They helped us make arrangement for shuttle and private car to travel from/to Naples to the hotel. I was able to communicate with them over WhatsApp that was convenient when traveling.
