The service was great. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The elevator was old but worked every time. The supermarket across the street had everything. Close to all tourist things . The train station in Sorrento was about 1.5 km away, walkable. Great place to stay.

Amazing!! The view was gorgeous. Literally steps to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. The staff was so extremely kind and help. I would absolutely recommend, especially to first time visitors like we were.

Beautiful view from our balcony of the sea and cliffs. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was also outstanding and right outside our room. Overall a great place to stay for 1 night to several days.

Our stay at this property was Great! Naomi our host was amazing, so helpful and checking everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Lisa took good care of us fixing breakfast and always with the best attitude. The hotel with the best location in town. This part of our vacation was better than expected because of this professional, courteous and awesome personnel.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond when the elevator wasn’t working. She helped carry heavy luggage down 6 flights of stairs! Elevator was the only negative, it was fickle. Sometimes it worked others time not. Must be able to hike stairs on the down time!

My wife and I LOVED our stay in mid October. The location was perfect for us. And the staff was excellent. Lisa was there each morning to provide fresh coffee and breakfast each morning, and she was the sweetest! The executive terrace was just what we wanted!

Private terrace overlooking old city wall, close to grocer, wine store, pharmacy, resturants. Very well appointed spacious room (Capri is only one with private terrace). Exceptional staff, especially breakfast!
