DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The owner is rude and a liar. There is no wifi, no phone service also the mattress has springs and very uncomfortable. The worst part about my stay was we had an agreement with homeowner with adjusting the dates of my stay by pushing them 1 day later. So instead of my dates being 20-22 they would not be 21-23. Over messages we discussed and agreed on new dates. When I arrived to the property he went back on his word and completely scammed me an extra day where I didn’t stay there because he had someone else booked there. I’m trying to get a return or even half of the 1 night and the owner is refusing to give me anything. Stay away from booking here. There’s much better places in Sorrento.

I chose this place for its great location, but it was the absolute worst accommodation I have ever stayed at in my life. Please book somewhere else. You will 1,000,000% regret staying here. ​1. Don't be fooled by the photos. The facilities look nothing like them. 2. ​The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't provide toilet paper or towels even when requested. The reception desk was constantly empty. When I contacted them for necessities, they either replied very late or completely ignored me. They refused to speak English and just kept complaining in Italian, which I couldn't understand. 3. ​There are a lot of bugs. 4. ​The room smells terrible. The A/C stinks and there is zero ventilation. 5. ​Poor communication. They only notified me about a bathroom pipe issue the day before my stay. 6. ​Plumbing issues. The shower does not drain properly.
