Our room was BEAUTIFUL!...so comfortable! Alessandra at the front desk was a sweetheart and so helpful. Breakfast was just OK, you were not allowed to take any fruit back to your room, very strict. Location was perfect for all the sights. Getting a taxi to take you to the Naples train station was a nightmare but obviously not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel was spotless, the lobby area bright with a cheerful, welcoming ambience. The room was clean, staff warm and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a large bathtub, which regrettably did not provide nearly enough hot water to have a bath. The shower, on the other hand, had more than enough hot water, so no harm no foul.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautiful-comfortable,spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn't be better; it's so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are truly amazing - friendly, welcoming,and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was incredible, with delicious options that made every morning a treat. The staff at Maison Kalea was very helpful. The check in process was quick. Maison Kalea is in a good location for access to the main square with a 10 minute walk. My main complaint is the high level of street and traffic noise in our room from the noisy street corner outside. Our first night we listened to motorists zoom up our street until 3am. Not conducive to good sleep. And I wear earplugs all night.
