We had a wonderful time. Absolutely amazing view and the pool was perfect addition after a hot day. It was great to stay outside of the downtown and the shuttle bus was convenient. Very friendly staff. I would definitely come back.

The entire staff was awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable! Special shout out to Tarek, Miguel and Tony. I would highly recommend, the views were absolutely beautiful and shuttle services runs every hour to go into town, with return service.

Wonderful well priced hotel, great pool/outdoor area and friendly staff. The free shuttle runs to and from town hourly, I would have preferred and bit more often, but it was still a great service to have available as taxis are so expensive there.

Location amazing, stuff was great. The rooms very old, ants all over, cockroaches. Asked them to change room they were apparently booked. Once I contacted Expedia they changed our room. But overall hotel was amazing.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of Sorrento. We had dinner every night on the outside veranda overlooking this spectacular vista - something we never got bored of. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice and dinner ( we were half board) consisted if 3 courses of home cooked authentic Italian dishes - delicious! The pool area is lovely and our room was great. Staff are very friendly and so helpful. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Sorrento which is very handy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend!

The location was lovely being a bit further out of Sorrento town you have beautiful views but also can be in town within 15 minutes on the free shuttle which was really easy and convenient. The rooms were lovely, we had a free upgrade on arrival to sea view room which had a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. We unfortunately left one of our bags at the airport and the staff were so helpful telling us options on how we could get back to the airport via the bus instead of paying hundreds for taxis. The staff were wonderful with our toddler and really made us all feel at home. Food was also lovely. Definitely recommend!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service into town was punctual and a real plus. The view from the terrace is to die for and, on cooler mornings, the breakfast room offers the same fantastic view as the outside terrace.

The Hotel provides the shuttle to city center every one hour which was very helpful! The view of Ocean and mountain from the Hotel was stunning! The only improvement I would suggest to enhance the breakfast menu with more vegetarian and sandwich options.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous rooftop sun lounger area with gorgeous views of the sea and Mt. Vesuvius. The pool was lovely and full breakfast was delicious! A free shuttle runs every hour to and from town (with a 3 hour break during lunch hours) to easily access shopping and dining. The room was basic and clean - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. Loved our time at La Vue D’Or. Would absolutely return and recommend to everyone!

Great staff. Immaculate property. Great buffet breakfast and convenient free parking. Head waiter Tony is the best! Good restaurant for any meal. Serves late. Would stay here again. Free shuttle to town runs 7:45 am until 10 pm. Pool. Views. Very nice bathroom.

Hotel was really nice and had the best view ever! Staff were lovely. Shuttle bus service was excellent. There were a couple of things that could be improved. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room…. So couldn’t have morning coffee on our incredible terrace. Also several of public toilets didn’t have a seat! Apart from that it was lovely.

The hotel is beautiful and in a breathtaking location. The views are impeccable. Check in was easy and we were informed of the shuttle times, breakfast time and all the tours that can be booked through the hotel. The staff is friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the amenities. The pool is perfect. So many chairs to lay on for sun bathing. A snack room. And all the staff is so attentive. Sorrento is a beautiful city and the shuttle runs about every hour and only 15 minutes to the center. I recommend this hotel.

The common areas for the property were very clean, but a bit outdated. The staff was also excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained as well, though also a bit older. The hotel restaurant was GREAT and the restaurant manager, Tony, is an absolute gem as well. Being located higher up on the mountain, it was a bit of a pain to get to/from the hotel, but the complimentary shuttle did a lot to help with this. All being said, the view from the room’s balcony made it absolutely worth dealing with this issue
