This is the most beautiful hotel a traveler could choose. Every room is decorated and designed like a small museum. The art collection is amazing. The amenities go above and beyond, most amazing were Frete ironed sheets everyday, huge soft bath towels and robes.
There were views in every direction from the rooftop patio, or the lovely garden, where you could enjoy your breakfast, reading a book, or glass of wine. The breakfast varied every morning with a large selection of freshly prepared dishes. Fresh made to order coffee, and I’m guessing here but probably tea.
The hotel was very close to the ferry, it was in the center of the old town, the shopping, restaurants, gelato shops. Everything was a short walk.
The hosts were available to help us with any questions of the area, how to travel to sites outside of town, or suggest restaurants. We loved it here.
If you like intimate, friendly historical hotel this is the one!
