Love the view, and the fact they offered the shuttle is an amazing feauture because is very uphill and far from the town to go on foot or too expensive for an uber. and the AC actually works. staff is very helpfull and friendly. specially a young blonde short hair lady, has the night shift. so sweet.

Was a nice view, but very far away from town - the food was the shuttle offered free of charge - but you have to make your schedule around that. However our AC didn’t work for 2 nights out of 5 and we were given lamé explanations - that the electricity doesn’t come from town when other rooms had their AC working with no problems- instead of trying to sort the problem. Or at least given some kind of perks.

We picked the property thinking it was closer to the Sorrento waterfront. We did not expand the map when we clicked on it. Which wound up being a plus for us, it was totally an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel and Staff, very accommodating.

The hotel is within an amazing stop in Sorrento. It has highest view point in town,perfect for watching sunset from the upper terrace. The bus stop that takes you either to Positano/Amalfi is exactly in feont of hotel. They have schedule for buses just be prepared to wait 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time. They have free shuttle that takes you from hotel to Sorrento Corsso Italia main shopping area abd back to hotel. We booked Capri excursion with them,it was cheaper than other booking agencies. Staff are so friendly and amazing. Amalia helped us a lot during our stay, Salute to her. I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent place to stay if you like to be in a quiet and safe place. Parking is free and convenient( however leaving the parking lot is difficult no view from traffic coming down hill ( a traffic mirror would a big improvement) Breakfast and views are stunning, employees all deserve an excellent.

Gem of a hotel in the hills above Sorrento!

Hotel Prestige is absolutely beautiful! I arranged to be picked up with their van in Sorrento, and arrived to their beautiful hotel in the hills. I was warmly greeted by Gilda, whose customer service was truly outstanding. My room is absolutely beautiful, with a beautiful terrace. The pool is lovely, and the bartender is so friendly and makes fantastic drinks. What a gem of a hotel to have found!

We loved everything about the hotel, but we have to emphasize the wonderful nature of the front desk staff. Gilda was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is perfectly suited for the job. Alessia and Thomas are wonderful as well. Together they make an amazing front desk staff. The best we had during our 5-week trip through Europe.
