Great service from the ladies at the front desk

We especially thank the ladies at the front desk who helped us with many reservations and suggestions. A very nice hotel located in a quiet but very accessible part of the Sorrento downtown.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here at Lorelei and were grateful they found a way to extend our stay even though they were sold out as we loved it so much. Great staff, very clean and attended to, great location and absolute magnificent view! Wonderful breakfast and loved our meal in the Michelin restaurant on site. Pricy but very top notch! The staff were excellent and attentive. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with incredible views. The room we had had a balcony that overlooked the Gulf of Naples and the hot tubs on the cliff you could reserve for up to 2 hours at a time were a nice surprise.

Hotel was beautiful and we didn’t have a chance to used swim area ass it was cooler. No pool but there was a ladder into the ocean but looked rocky. Hot tub available for use with a reservation.
