Booked to be close to the pier in order to have easy access to different tours on boat. Recommend for that, otherwise, many other options above in the city

The hotel is located by the marina so not too the main square for shopping and variety of restaurants. It’s a climb up to get to main square or alternatively it’s 2.40 euros for 2 to take a lift up. There are a number of restaurants by the hotel though which were good.Our room was spacious and very clean. Evenings were a bit noisy while we were there in early October. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

The view was great. Pool deck great. Attached restaurant good food but was charge more for items then was on the menu. Servers mentioned leaving a tip over & over & over. Room was mouldy, shower door broken. Bathroom so small you had hard time getting in & out. Over all not a very good experience.

Great location for us as we loved being next to the water. Fabulous view from our balcony. We enjoyed walking up and back down to the town too. The pool was a nice feature, but I was surprised that we had to hire sunbeds next to it. The town however, was heaving and not relaxing. No beach either which was a shock

The photos are very misleading this place was very rundown, including having mould on the walls and yellow stained curtains. The front staff were unfriendly, and unhelpful. The elevator broke the first day we arrived, forcing us to take the stairs from the fourth floor. The bedroom was very damp because of how close you are to the ocean and so everything constantly felt wet and cold. The towels were ripped, I’m very old. Such a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the accommodations do not match. For the price I would not recommend this place to anybody. We booked a three person room and it was very small for reference

Amazing view and location. No fridge which was frustrating. Could not check in early and when we came back at check in one of our rooms still not ready. Supposed to have a pool but it was closed could not use it.

Beautiful view of the sea and easy access to the ferries. The staff was wonderful. Once we found out about the bus stop out front and the lift to the top of the city center it was even better. :)

Elina was awesome for me, thank you! It was a short lil walk to the lift if needed, I took a lot of ferries, so it worked out very well. Great window views, and the hot lil circle town square was very close to explore if wanted. Great location Ciao

Sorrento by the ferry terminal

Good breakfast, near ferry terminal. Looks newly renovated. AC could not provide cool air circulation at night, we had to sleep with the window open=traffic noise.

Wonderful sea view room!! The roof top bar was great for evening cocktails. The location was perfect for taking the ferry to and from Naples and a date trip to Positano. The bed was comfortable. It can be a little noisy at night, but that would be my only complaint. Great accommodation. I would recommend!

The hotel was in the best location right in front of the pier that takes you to Positano, Capri, etc. There are beach clubs and restaurants at your doorstep, as well as an elevator in front of the beach clubs that takes you up to the top of the cliff and into the main square where all of the shopping and dining options are. At night, nice and quiet. Much better than staying in the center of town.
