A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel with views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Excellent and varied breakfast selections, good lunch options and plenty of restaurants in Sorrento. Lovely gardens, easy access to sea pier but ferries and boats coming and going makes for lively conditions. A good base for visiting Capri, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and other sites.

incredible breakfast buffet every morning was such a great start to the day. the Staff (all fo them are exceptionally well trained, attentive and genuinely want you to have an incredible stay). the rooms are stunning and beatiful and the amenities and location are bar none. I couldnt recommend a better place to stay in sorrento.

Impecable property, clean rooms, helpful staff, very courteous from the pool boys and beach club attends, to the wait staff, and the front desk team, they all work together to deliver a great experience, the views from the property are breath taking.

There's absolutely nothing to criticise about this hotel. It's expensive but the service is faultless, the food is great with a marvellous breakfast and the location is stunning. It fully deserves 5 stars.

Overall good stay. Gorgeous property! Pool and beach is great. The spa isn’t anything to write home about. Some of the staff that served dinner weren’t great. We had to wait forever to be waited on and people who were seated after us got served and taken care of first. We had to ask for bread, meanwhile others just got bread. If you’re looking to dine for dinner just go into the town. Lunch was fabulous though! The front staff are wonderful and so helpful to plan taxi rides and anything else you need.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the town center. It has a beautiful dining room that offers an amazing breakfast. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very pretty – we had a brand new bathroom that had just been renovated. The amenities are wonderful and the outdoor terrace is of course spectacular! A really great stay!
