We stayed there one night and had an amazing time! We had a room on the fifth floor with an amazing balcony view of the Bay. The pool is lovely. Our room was clean and amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful. And very good with English.

Our overall experience with the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only thing we didn’t care for is how noisy it was outside, but that obviously is not the Hotel‘s fault.

We stayed here for our wedding in June 2025 along with all of our family, friends, and guests. We got married in a venue 5 minute walk away and used Hotel Central as our base. We absolutely made the right decision! What a wonderful, accommodating, friendly hotel. I couldn't praise it any more. Cynthia and her team were incredible - they went above and beyond, and every aspect of our stay was superb. All of our guests echoed the same sentiment and we have started recommending this to other couples who are looking to get married in the Sorrento area. Thank you Hotel Central - we will be back!

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were small but clean and the ac worked better than we were anticipating. Hotel is walking distance to the city center and port which was very convenient.
