Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and having breakfast on the balcony was a treat. It's not perfect however, as the bathroom could use a bit of an update with it's hairdryer (ours didn't work so we requested a new one, but still was a bit old), and the water boiler for the shower needs to be heated for quite some time in order for 2 people to use it back to back. These issues aside, the location couldn't be more convenient as it's a short walk to the port, and it's basically at the head of the tourist area so it makes the perfect base to go to the restaurants and shopping areas. You can even see the property looking up from the central roundabout and if you're on the balcony, everyone will see you in all your glory lol. Vincenzo, Andrea, and the female staff there were gracious hosts to us. Prego.

This property was amazing, great location, great staff and the gave me a free breakfast and delivered it to my room. They let me drop my bags off before check in and had them placed nicely in my room when I arrived later for check in. They also held my bags after checkout for multiple hours until I came back. This is an ideal place to stay in Sorrento because it is right in the main square would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a huge corner room with 2 balconies overlooking the main square. We were worried about the possible noise at night but it was one of our quietest rooms during our trip. The big doors are a complete sound blocker. It is in a central location so close to everything. The check in and out were easy and the staff very friendly. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the station and right on the Piazza Tasso with all of the beautiful shopping streets and restaurants within very easy walking distance. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a lovely balcony with small table and chairs which we could sit on to have breakfast in the morning which is delivered to the room. There is a choice of things for breakfast and the property were fantastic at keeping us in touch by WhatsApp if we had any queries. Giusy was always welcoming at the front desk. Outside is noisy and chaotic in an amazing Italian way, but with the doors closed at night the room is very quiet. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel was very difficult to find. It would be helpful for guests to know that the hotel isn’t the entire building but more a floor within the large pink building on the corner of the Tasso Piazza. To access the building, use the gate across the street from Bar Del Carmine. Walk up the steps and follow the walkway until you get to a door on the backside of the building. We had to get a member of the staff to come out and meet us to show us where the hotel was.
