“Trato en recepción exquisito”

“My boyfriend and I enjoyed a week stay here. The breakfast options were great, and the day menu was good. The staff were attentive, however I feel they weren’t overly so at breakfast, as sometimes we weren’t approached about any hot drinks or juice. The pool was a relaxed setting with sun loungers available all day. The gym was decent with a good array of machines. The spa was lovely and the spa staff were particularly friendly. Reception was always helpful, giving us a sheet of restaurants they...

“Beach towels time from 10 a.m.is bad”

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at...

“Brand new hotel with excellent staff. Julia General Manager and Julian, receptionist, both were really nice and helpful. Hotel is in a strategic location where you can access the beach, main road, bus stop to Lyndos and Rhodas. Breakfast included is good. We recommend the Private Pool Room although Sea View Room is perfect too :) ”

“fantastic exepreince! highly recomended. ”

“Keine 5 Sterne wert.

“Sadly, I can’t give this hotel 5 stars. It has the potential to be a 5 star property, but in our experience, it simply isn’t there yet. For a 5 star hotel, I found the use of paper cups for coffee at lunch and dinner very disappointing. We were even offered paper cups for drinks at the beach bar, which I certainly wouldn’t expect at a 5 star resort. There was also no coffee in the room only a kettle, although surprisingly, there were proper mugs. At this level of hotel, I would expect at least...
