The staff was friendly and very efficient. The rooms were sufficient but the bedding was below normal. The sheets did not cover the mattress. The breakfast was substantial with a variety of options.

The bed were extremely hard and moved as you changed positions. Towels were old and with stain. Overall cleaning lay were below average. Dirty, a lot noisy.

Apesar do atendimento muito bom e quarto bem confortável, a equipe de manutenção está deixando a desejar. Os dispositivos de shampoo e sabonete estavam bem ruins e ou vazios, o banho foi difícil e precário. Na TV, a Globo (TV TEM) não estava funcionando. Só não pedi para arrumarem porque o check-in foi feito tarde da noite conforme avisado antecipadamente. Todo um trabalho de qualidade prejudicado por falta de atenção em detalhes. Uma pena, mas no geral o hotel é bom.

falta de organização.

Nos deram um quarto que já estava ocupado, entramos e tinha hóspede no quarto, voltamos na recepção com mala, relatamos o ocorrido e nos deram outro quarto. no café da manhã não tinha nada, tudo estava em preparo e as frutas que tinha estavam passadas, o leite estava frio, não tinha talheres e louças disponiveis, as bandejas de frutas estavam vazias . quando reclamei ainda disseram que era pra eu aguardar porque só tinha 1 pessoa na cozinha.
