O hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente. Gostamos muito da localização, a cama era confortável, tudo estava limpo e o café da manhã excelente. O único ponto de atenção é que o hotel possui três andares e não dispõe de elevador. Para quem viaja com poucas malas ou é mais jovem, isso não chega a ser um problema. O estacionamento é gratuito, amplo e bem localizado. Gostamos bastante da experiência e, caso precise fazer uma parada na cidade de Itu novamente, certamente voltarei a me hospedar, apenas com a observação de solicitar um quarto no térreo.

A acomodacao é boa de um modo geral. Tem um bom cafe da manhã, com varias opções de sucos, paes e frutas. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. Unica ressalva foi um vazamento que havia no box e que deixava o resto do banheiro molhado. Tambem nao deixaram 2 toalhas. Como foi somente uma noite usei a minha que sempre trago. Tinha garagem propria, o que é meio raro em hoteis no centro.
