Muita gente no café da manhã junta, com isso não sobrava nada para comer. O colchão do quarto parece que está com as molas vencidas, tinha traças no teto. Toalhas de péssima qualidade. Brinquedão da área da piscina aquecida precisa de manutenção urgente, minha filha quase caiu de uma altura de 2 metros da ponte de madeira do brinquedo que não tem nenhuma proteção nela. Estacionamento mega lotado, não comportam quase nada de carros. Nota 10 somente para os atendentes da recepção, Wendel super atencioso

Check-in muito demorado, muito mesmo. Alta temporada de férias, só 1 funcionário pra atender. Aí chega hóspedes com outros problemas e passam na frente na fila "porque já estão hospedados". Tive que intervir e falar pro atendente ir mais rápido. Tinha uma pessoa fazendo check-in na minha frente e começou a perguntar como ía no shopping, como ía no zoológico, e eu de pé cansada de um dia inteiro de trabalho. Arranjem um concierge pros hóspedes que gostam de bater papo no check-in. E um funcionário pra resolver os problemas de quem já está hospedado.

Quartos são bons e limpos, cama de casal pequena com as molas soltas, funcionários educados e prestativos, alimentação sem muitas variedades e reposição das coisas bem demoradas. O café o cardápio é bom, não faltou alimentação, porém eles estavam com evento no hotel e lotou o restante (tanto no jantar quanto no cafédamanhã). O atendimento foi péssimo deixando sem talher o buffet, os funcionários mau educado que demorou para atender e a limpeza do restante nojento. A falta de preparo da equipe da cozinha era nítido que não consegue manter atendimento de excelência quando tem eventos. Minha experiência no hotel foi meia frustrada pois a noite também havia crianças brincando no corredor até tarde que nem tivemos um bom descanso adequado. O hotel é bom porém deixaram a desejar em muitas coisas por estar com eventos e não dar conta da qualidade que deveria ter.

Com certeza a estrutura do hotel é excelente e uma delícia! As crianças aproveitaram demais! A cortina do banheiro incomodou bastante pois as crianças encharcavam o chão no banho. Então foi preciso algumas toalhas de piso a mais pra não escorregarem ao sairem do banho. Ou mesmo pra não entrarem no banheiro e patinharem o chão com sapato que íamos sair. Faltou lugar pra apoiar as roupas, parte ficou no chão. a batata frita também veio encharcada de óleo no sábado à noite. Eu e minha filha ficamos com dor de barriga na sequência, foi instantâneo. o pequeno não teve pois não come batata frita. Pelas crianças terem se divertido superou essas falhas. Mas que se voltarmos seria legal terem feito esses ajustes!

Cafe da manha sem opcoes , os funcionários demoram p fazer reposição, todos precisam de uma reciclagem !!
