A experiência no hotel foi boa, mas a limpeza e o atendimento nem tanto. Digo que, ao pagar um valor considerável por uma diária de hotel de localização tão privilegiada, não devemos ter tal tipo de reclamação com relação a limpeza. Na nossa hospedagem, a limpeza era pessima, além disso, minha reclamação rotineira é sempre sobre o material utilizado — especificamente sobre as foalhas do quatros. Posso adicionar o atendimento do bar /room service, além da lessons entrga dos funcionários do costumer service. A experiência fica foi horrível!

“Fasanos” = melhores hotéis do Brasil

Tivemos um ótimo fim de semana no Fasano! O hotel é excelente mas o que faz toda a diferença é o empenho da equipe em tornar a experiência inesquecível. Foram super carinhosos com a minha filha: berço personalizado, itens de banho, banheira com trocador no quarto, pratinho com frutas de boas vindas. Esses detalhes fazem toda a diferença. Vale muito a pena conhecer!

Sinceramente, nada especial.

Minha esposa e eu nao ficamos nem um pouco impressionados, seja com o hotel, seja com o restaurante. Os móveis nos quartos são baratos, leves, mal cuidados e até sujos. A porcelana é Schmidt, aquela que se compra em qualquer lugar. A comida é boa, mas não surpreende. Parece mais a de uma osteria/ trattoria razoável, mas não a de um hotel de padrão internacional. A alcachofra, por exemplo, provavelmente era daquelas congeladas. Se não têm fresca, não ofereça no menu O mais assustador: falta sal na comida! Comemos três dias seguidos lá, sempre notando o mesmo erro primário ! Fiquei 15 minutos sem talher durante uma das refeições, tive de pegar emprestado da mesa ao lado. Sinceramente, já estivemos em lugares muito mais charmosos e de bom gosto, com preços muito mais justos. Seja no sul da França, ou na Tailândia, onde estivemos recentemente. O Fasano Boa Vista nos lembrou um antigo hotel de São Paulo, capital, que já fora muito elegante, mas que passou a fazer promoções desesperadas antes de falir. Sem contar que saímos os dois tossindo, não sei o porquê. Muitos clientes ricos, mas que deixam lixo por toda a parte. Definitivamente, não vale a pena. Não mesmo. Acho que o grupo expandiu e cresceu muito. Estão se descuidando dos detalhes. Há clientes que conhecem aquilo pelo que estão pagando. Priorizem-nos!

Experiência conturbada e serviço a desejar

O checkout foi mega conturbado, recebi ligações insistentes a cada 5 minutos para desocupar o quarto, sendo que a funcionária Rafaela do setor de reservas, havia informado que a diária poderia ser estendida até as 16hs, o que não aconteceu. Além disso, passaram informações sobre a minha hospedagem para terceiros, o que tem me gerado transtornos até agora.

Problemas com atendimento Reposição de copos no quarto, precisei ir até a recepção para buscar depois de 40 minutos e fiquei esperando na recepção mais 20 minutos para conseguir os copos de água e wiskie Negativa para colocar mais uma cadeira na varanda do quarto, alegando que o hotel estava cheio o que era uma inverdade, funcionários informaram que ocupação em razão do tempo estava em aproximadamente 30 quartos è fotografei essa ocupação! Tenho amigos com casa no condomínio e eles conseguiram confirmar essa informação

pontos positivos: local lindíssimo, quarto amplo, decoração de ótimo gosto, limpeza ótima. restaurante com ótima culinária, serviço impecável tanto no restaurante como no bar. A melhorar: recepção, falta de informações sobre a própria estrutura do hotel, dos serviços disponíveis e seus respectivos funcionamentos. sério problema com bagagem, se não fosse pelo nosso motorista, nossas malas estariam com algum cliente que partia do hotel, grave. Inexplicavelmente, num hotel que ambiciona ter esta categoria, a falta de aquecimento no quarto/banheiro e até mesmo cobertores, foi chocante. o wifi é de baixíssima banda.
