I very much appreciate all the staff for their service. The front desk team was very nice and they took great care of me. They even watched over me when I went to the pharmacy down the street in the middle of the night. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend staying with them.

Best Tatuí Experience

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel del Fiol. The service was great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Somebody does come to tidy up the room for you daily which is nice. This is the best place in Tatuí for a stay to visit. The Matriz restaurant is another thing to hype up, it is right inside the hotel too. The food is excellent, several high quality choices. The waitresses are all great, especially the one who helped us with our wine bottles. 😉 And they were very patient with us as we had to translate often. I would stay here again anytime and look forward to it!

A experiência foi mista. O primeiro quarto que recebemos não estava bem limpo, apresentava mofo/bolor nas paredes e um forte cheiro de cigarro. Felizmente, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista, que foi extremamente atencioso e resolveu o problema realizando a nossa troca de quarto. Quanto aos serviços, a limpeza ao longo da estadia foi apenas regular; em alguns dias recebemos apenas uma toalha e tivemos que solicitar o restante. O café da manhã também ficou na média: os pães não pareciam frescos e o café não agradou, mas a máquina de café expresso acabou salvando a experiência. Pelo valor, esperávamos um cuidado maior com a higiene e o frescor dos alimentos. É um hotel com potencial, mas que precisa investir mais na manutenção e no padrão dos serviços.
