Terrible! Not worth the money - avoid!

Once one of the best rated hotels in Sorocaba, I was shocked to find how poorly it has been kept. Staff isn’t trained, neither particularly friendly, decor looks like a hand me down from the Soviet Union, bedding and towels are old, stained and pillows smell. Old mini-fridge with nothing in it. Carpets full of massive stains - corridors look like previous murder scene from a horror movie. Room rate higher than other much better hotels in the city. Parking charged on top. To be fair, the only positive was the staff at the breakfast area who were sweet and friendly.

É a segunda vez que ficamos no Hotel Dan Inn Sorocaba... Quarto bastante espaçoso. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com bastante variedades... O pessoal da Recepção bem atenciosos.... O pessoal do buffet de café Ivan, Sara bem atenciosos também... A funcionária da limpeza Leidiane uma fofa... Com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes... E por fim a Localização do hotel é ótima ao lado do Shopping Sorocaba
