Pretty good hotel! You did most of the work yourself so not much staff but the waiter in the restaurant was very nice. The food they had at the buffet was also good!

We stayed at this hotel for a friend's 70th birthday party that was being held close by. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant could use some additional staff at dinner time but my overall experience was good.

Told I needed a reservation for one when down at the restaurant but I could order room service from the chef who put on only 2 choices of starter/main/desserts. I don't really get the difference, plenty seats at the restaurant. Bathroom must have had recent work done as some trash was just dumped in there, used tissues and what looked like old bits of sealant scattered. Nickolas at the front desk was very helpful however, 10/10 for him.

The restaurant appeared to be closed on a Sunday so we needed to take the car to find a place to eat. There's a charging point for your car, but didn't work. Due to renovation, we were upgraded to a superiour room. It didn't feel superior and was wondering what a standard room would look like... A shower curtain really should be banned from hotels. No personel at breakfast so they asked you to clean your own table. All together a lot of money for what you get.

Automatisk indtjekning fungerede meget dårligt, fik et værelse tildelt hvor der boede en anden i forvejen. Det må bare ikke ske. Mangelfuld morgenbuffet, ingen eller kun ringe service. Kaffe, smør, ost, rundstykker, alt var tømt. Æg og Bacon mm var koldt.

Første gang jeg har været ude for så dårlig service. Receptionen ok, Værelset ok (bortset fra, at der var skår i kaffekoppen) Morgenmaden horrible - Restauranten flød med beskidt service, bordene var ikke tørret af. Der manglede kaffekopper. Bestik kasserne var beskidte. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Mit undervisningslokale var ikke klargjort til mit kursus. Til frokost var bordene i restaurenten ikke tørret af (de var beskidte). Der manglede glas. Vi måtte selv rende frem og tilbage for at få det, som vi manglede. Det er første gang, jeg har været ude for det. Og forhåbentlig også sidste gang.

Selvbetjent indcheckning (og udcheckning), virkelig en smart løsning. Vi havde dog brug for betjening, og det kan man tilkalde ved at ringe i en klokke. Nem parkering, lige udenfor hotellet. Fint værelse, gode senge. Vi fik en opgradering (super service). Mad - lækker. Vi var til Dining Week. Forreten havde haft en varm sovs, og det var ikke helt nok kartofler til alle gæsterne, men et fint ophold og god oplevelse. Morgenmaden var også i dbydende og alsidig. Kommer gerne tilbage.

Flot hotel og faciliteter. Dog lidt kedelig morgenmad. Bl.a. kun meget hvidt brød, ingen rugbrød, tørt røræg. Under opholdet ingen kontakt med personale overhovedet. Man tjekker selv ind og ud. Det gik fint, men jeg tror, man undervurderer, hvad det betyder for besøgende at møde en smilende hotelvært, der ønsker én et godt ophold og lige kan svare på eventuelle spørgsmål om hotel og område.

Stor forvirring ved indchekning da computeren - igen - ikke kan se at opholder er betalt. Vores ønske om indlogering på 1. sal ( hvor internettet på værelset er stabilt i modsætning til i stueplan ) var heller ikke blevet læst og der var derfor først plads 2. nat.Morgenbuffetten er, som ved tidligere ophold, meget rodet og der mangler på skift almindelige ting som juice, kaffe, æg mm. Problemet er at der er så lidt personale og de er svære at finde, både i restaurant og receptoin, så man har en masse spildtid hvor man leder efter hjælp. Det er ikke smart når man faktisk selv er på arbejde ifm opholdet.

Selvbetjening i receptionen, dog mulighed for at tilkalde hjælp som blev flittigt brugt. Restaurant var lukket, men blev ikke informeret via skilt eller inden bestilling af værelse. Personale ved morgenmad var delt med receptionen og morgenmaden var under standard til prisen. Kun 1 lille dyne til 2 personer. Ellers pæne omgivelser og hotel. Har boet på andre Thon hoteller tidligere med meget bedre standard. Med en pris for overnatning på ca. 1.300 kr. i Sorø var forventningen en del højere. Man kan få mere for pengene i KBH.

Første overraskelse: ingen betjening i receptionen. 2. overraskelse: havde bestil værelse med bedste udsigt og på 1. sal, hvis det var muligt. Fik værelse til p-plads og og i høj stueetage. Max 10 gæster på hotellet, så mulighed for et godt værelse burde være til stede. 3. overraskelse: Intet personale ved morgenmad. Man skulle selv rydde op, sortere brugt service og affald på et til formålet bestemt rullebord. Synd for det ellers pæne hotel. Men med en værelsespris incl morgenmad på 1300 kr. i Sorø forventes noget mere.det var skrabet
