great hotel and good restaurant out front. staff disappeared in the evening. room great with fan, balcony, large bathroom. did n't like the "air freshener", i do not appreciate chemicals sprayed in my room. if the room is properly cleaned, it will not smell bad. this room was very well cleaned.

The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. There is no elevator, if you are bringing luggage and children you have to carry everything up by yourself and all the stairs have different heights. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. All the toilets did not have toilet seats and they said that was “normal”. The volleyball court had a perimeter net and if the ball slipped pasted it would go down a cliff. WiFi was not good either.

We had a pleasant stay. The Pool is very nice. The restaurant serves Good food with friendly staff. The hotel animals are friendly but the cat bit me when i touched her paw lightly. The room was quite clean but did not smell clean. We had to change room because the first room had no toilet seat which apparently is true for several of the rooms. There are monkeys and exotic birds in the rear of the hotel which is very exciting, but don’t leave anything on the balcony.
