First, this place is hard to find with no signage. We arrived with no wifi and could not contact property. It is a keypad entry with no greeter Second, get ready for ZERO sleep. The walls are paper thin, and the floors are hardwood. The bed is extra firm. Roosters start at 3 AM, yes, 3 AM and the dogs bark all night. Also, there is no hot shower. It is either cold or barely warm. The location is not bad, but i would highly recommend spending more money somewhere else.

The check in was not a good experience, i called the number provided but the person did not speak any English and ended the call. I texted to no avail, other travelers let me in. They did watsapp me the information sometime later. The room was spacious and the bed was sufficient, the bathroom was clean. But the walls were thin and you could literally hear your neighbor tie his shoes.
