Very nice at the GOYA ,clean/comfy/and welcoming

Due to my mistake we missed our flight home . The manager was very helpful she booked a new flight for us printed off the details,arranged a new transfer and found us a room for the night. She couldn't have been more helpful and all the staff were very sympathetic towards Ive read negative reviews about the Goya and they do not deserve it they try very hard to please you...some people like to find fault. we would definatly go back next year.

Excellent-if u take sea view Rooms

I went with my wife in last Aug 24 and stayed for 3 nights. It was nice like anything. Sea was just infront of me. Nice placing. Place is awake till might 2/3 am. Breakfast was good. Internet was available in reception, sofa room. It was ok for me. Overall its a nice place. I want to go there again.

direkt am Strand, teilweise mit Meerblick

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ein Teil der Zimmer hat Meerblick und Balkon. Allerdings ist es schon recht alt, die Zimmer sind seeehr einfach eingerichtet und ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten repariert werden, aber es ist sehr sauber ! Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist recht klein, aber was vorhanden ist, ist sehr gut. Warme Croissants, frische Spiegeleier ! Der Kaffee ist spitze, er wird frisch in eine High-Tech-Maschine zubereitet und dem Gast zum Tisch gebracht. Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist, dass bei jedem Anbieter mit freiem WLAN geworben wird. Das Funksignal reicht aber nur bis zur 2. Etage ! Das sagte mir auch direkt der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter. Wer also im 3. Stock oder höher wohnt, empfängt nichts. Hier sollten die Anbieter den freien WLAN-Empfang auf den Aufenthaltsraum im 1. Stock begrenzen. Wie gesagt, es ist kein Nobel-Hotel, aber echt o.k., keine 20 Meter zum Strand und für 22,- EURO Übernachtung/Frühstück ein Schnäppchen. Preis/Leistung total in Ordnung, wenn man günstig Urlaub in Cala Millor verbringen will.

OK hotel med bra utsikt

Hotel Goya så ut til å være et godt og billig alternativ. Det var litt skuffende å ikke ha noen kjøkkenkrok, eller i det minste et lite kjøleskap, men ellers en OK hotel. Passer for de som vil nyte strandlivet og ikke sitte på rommet hele dag/kveld.

No air condition!

Hotel Goya does not have air condition at their rooms, not even optional. It was hot and some nights we had to sleep on the balcony. At first you think it's a joke but it's for real. The reception staff was not very service minded either, probably because they were sick at all the complaints they received each day.

hotellet var vel greit nok,hvis du bare skal ha tak overhodet.Vi ønsket at det var aircondition på rommet i det minste. TV hadde også vært ok å hatt der.Vi er ikke kravstore men det føltes litt som om turistene var et ork å ha der.Ble litt unnskyld at vi spør..Beliggenheten av hotellet var topp,synd de ikke kjører på litt bedre service og litt mere Comfort.

Perfekt beliggenhed

Hotellet ligger suverænt i cala millor, med nemt til vandet, forretninger og restauranter. Meget familievenligt hotel og område. Ok morgenmad. Man savner måske aircondition på værelset og toiletartikler. Godt gratis wifi. Fantastisk område.

Skrabet hotel med flot udsigt

Værelset havde en rigtig flot udsigt og lå centralt og helt tæt på meget fin strand. WiFi var svagt og fungerede kun på de to nederste etager. Toilet fungerede dårligt. Receptionen fremstod rodet og damen var forvirret og ret arrogant. Morgenmadsbuffet var ret skrabet.

Fensteraussicht entsprach nicht der Beschreibung

zum Glück war ich nur für eine Nacht dort, sonst wäre ich noch viel enttäuschter gewesen. Statt der versprochenen Aussicht aufs Meer oder Stadt sah ich nur an die Wand in einem dunklen Lichtschacht!!! Leider keine leichte Priese durchs Fenster. Nur eine Kaputte Steckdose und kein Licht beim Bett. Zum Glück war es wenigstens sauber und das Meer war gleich in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war ok - mich störte nur die warme weiche Butter, Speck lag lappig im Fett und kein Obst, außer ein wenig Melone.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit super Strandlage. Bei gebuchtem Meerblick tolle Aussicht. Klimaanlage, Minibar, Save und Fernseher sind nicht vorhanden. Seife etc. müssen mitgebracht oder im Supermarkt vor Ort eingekauft werden. Das "Bett" (Matratzen auf Metallbettgestell) ist sehr durchgelegen. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs und erst in der Nacht zurück im Hotel waren, bekamen wir keine lauten Störungen mit. Tagsüber heizt sich das Zimmer durch die Sonne ganz schön auf, weswegen wir nachts die Balkontüre offen hatten. Frühstück war wirklich gut und vielfältig. Die Säfte aus dem Automaten nicht zu süß wie in anderen Hotels. Nutella haben wir uns im Supermarkt dazu gekauft. Die Reinigungskraft war freundlich und fleißig. Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bad war klein und älter. Toilette sehr eng ohne Beinfreiheit. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und Leuten mit wenig Ansprüchen weiterempfehlen. Für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis okay.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand und an unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind relativ sauber aber ohne jeglichen Komfort.

Hadde enkeltrom, trist og m utsikt til bakgård men ok når man ikke skal oppholde seg mye der. Burde vært et lite kjøleskap! Spurte om hotellet hadde strykejern, det hadde de ikke. Frokost veldig, veldig enkel og kjedelig og nest siste dag hadde de tatt vekk alle tekanner, slik at til 4 små kopper te måtte jeg bruke 4 teposer. Overlevde men det var jo billig pris!

ankom hotellet midt på dagen og heisen var under repp. damene i resepsjonen bar bagasjen opp i 4 etg uten å blunke. deilig rum med havutsikt. frokosten var bra.Bacon,eggerøre,småpølse.ost, skinke,salami.og frokostblandinger hver dag. Litt støy om morgenen når kostebilene kom ca 7 00.Deilig opphold i 14 dg med full valutta for pengene.

do NOT waste your money!

The hotel staff was very nice and pleasant and yes the beach is right in front of the hotel. However, this hotel proved for a horrible* stay in Mallorca for numerous reasons: the location above a tacky Texas themed bar and nightclub that plays loud music until early hours of the night.. the hotel itself is unkept and the room seemed to have several violations such as the ceiling missing in some parts looking to dripping pipes; no warm water to shower - or even water pressure that is; extremely uncomfortable beds... I can keep going on, but I am sure you get the picture. Overall, there are far better places to stay on the island. Also, just an FYI this is a highly popular place for Germans and some British - so shine up your Deutsche before your arrival!!
