We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.

**Hotel Review** During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be incredibly cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. Their hospitality was a highlight of my experience. However, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star establishment, it felt more like a 2-star hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise. Additionally, the bathroom was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff's excellent service stood out, the hotel's facilities and conditions left much to be desired.

I found the hotel very dated and not well maintained. The gym was not what it seemed in the photos which was disappointing. There wasn’t any weights on the rack and wasn’t even a bin for dirty clothes or sanitary wipes for the equipment. I made a few attempts to use the pool but it was always crowded and is way too small for the amount of people in the hotel. The night entertainment, bar staff and hotel staff were great. The bed was comfortable but the room did smell bad when I first got in but I got used to it. Hotel staff will say I should have asked for another room but I was too exhausted and tired of moving so I stayed.

The service in the reception was very good. Breakfast buffet was also really nice (even if some guests should not be allowed if they don't have a minimum of hygiene when it comes to food handling!) The condition of the room was terrible. Water dripping from the ceiling above the toilet (= drips in the head or on the legs depending on how you sit on the toilet!) Reception handled it immediately though, and water stopped. However, the handyman forgot to clean up after him/herself meaning we had a dirty bathroom afterwards. The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open/ close. Everything was worn out, and the floor seemed greasy. The shower was not intuitive to use. Very noisy - we could here the guests next door loud and clear when we were both in the bathroom, and all kinds of noise from the outside during the night.

Ignore the pictures on the website. Completely misleading. They put pictures of incorrect rooms you think you are getting. Then when you arrive and try to get some help, you spend 2 hours trying to sort it and their receptionist said when we brought it to their attention “it’s not their problem”. Rude and obnoxious. We went for our anniversary and it was ruined due to the attitude they had. They did change our room after spending hours trying to sort, but again, it was nothing like it was made out to be. We go to Cala Bona all the time and this was the worst by far. Keep on looking as their are far better hotels with far nicer staff

Hotel war im allgemeinen in Ordnung, war etwas komisch vom GebĂ€ude her, da man ĂŒber eine kleine Straße musste um zum anderen Teil des GebĂ€udes zu gelangen in dem sich der Pool befand. Aber haben direkt ein Zimmer Upgrade mit Meerblick bekommen und im allgemeinen ein super Zimmer mit modernem Bad gewesen. Essen war doch schon sehr EnglĂ€nder lastig, aber von denen hat’s dort auch einige in dieser Gegend. Ist nicht negativ gemeint aber noch einmal wĂŒrden wir nicht noch einmal hingehen, da es mit Sicherheit schönere und bessere Hotels dort gibt in der NĂ€he.

Detta Àr inte ett 4 stjÀrnigt boende. Enormt dÄliga sÀngar, ser ut som resesÀngar. Maten i hotellets restaurang Àr inte av bra kvalitet, skolmatskÀnsla. Men lÀget Àr vÀldigt bra dock störande musik till midnatt alla kvÀllar under vÄra 15 nÀtter pÄ hotellet. Hissen Àrliten och en rullstol gÄr precis in i den ena av byggnaderna inte i den andra delen.
