There was a calm, genteel feel to the hotel and grounds, a sense of grandeur past. The staff were helpful and polite. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast in the gardens. It would have been good to have some help taking heavy bags up the stone stairs as there did not seem to be a lift/elevator.

En cette période "hors saison", l'accueil était "aux petits soins" pour moi... Chambre très confortable, cadre agréable, et petit déjeuner personnalisé dans la jolie verrière... Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

L'hôtel est très agréable. Le bâtiment est une ancienne gare dont certains aspects d'architecture ont été valorisés comme la véranda. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont confortables et le wifi est efficace. La piscine est également bien située et idéale pour se rafraichir.

An excellently managed hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel (former railway station) a number of times now and cannot fault it. It is well maintained, set in lovely gardens with beautiful trees. The swimming pool is secure and surrounded by comfortable sun beds with towels supplied. Our room was in the garden with a small outdoor but quite private area with a table and two chairs. The bedroom was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe area and small desk. Air conditioning was very effective and silent. A separate toilet and spacious bathroom with a walk in shower added to the overall sense of space and the walls and curtains were in modern neutral colours. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the management and staff: courteous, attentive, professional and friendly. Little touches such as escorting you too your room and offering to take your bags are truly appreciated. Although we did not avail ourselves of the breakfast this time, (because we went to the local antique market at the crack of dawn) past experiences were extremely favourable. This is a hotel where you genuinely feel welcome and one where you can actually see the management and staff take pride.

Étape sur route des vacances. Design très modern sur des bases d'une ancienne gare. Jardin hall et cadre très agréable et chaleureux. Les chambres sont malheureusement moins novatrices en équipements. Rideau de douche insuffisant, pression d'eau de douche ínuffisante, produits lavants en faible quantité, chauffage bruyant, chambre petite.

L'endroit est insolite et super beau, surtout la réception, Un peu déçue par la chambre. Avec une si belle entree, je m'attendais a une plus belle chambre, surtout en espace .le petit-déjeuner, trop basique, un seul choix de jus de fruits, un toaster mais pas de pain de mie, et pas de fruits secs et 1 seul croissant, sur demande L'accueil fut tres bon. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé la literie, matelas trop fin. Eau chaude difficile a obtenir , bien que prevenue la veille......

Tres joli hotel, dans un joli cadre avec une belle piscine. Les gens sont charmants et très pros. Le déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le seul petit bémol est la taille de la chambre, mais qui suffit très largement pour une etape.

Charmerende og smagfuldt indrettet hotel indrettet i tidligere jernbanestation. Rolige omgivelser uden trafik og dejlig have med pool. Altid imødekommende service i receptionen. Tak!

Moyen pour le prix de la chambre

Très bon accueil , le personnel serviable et souriant. Les parties communes sont très bien. Bon Emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité du centre de SOMMIERES, possibilité d'y aller à pied. Cependant grosse déception en voyant la chambre , plus petite que sur la photo , porte d'entrée direct sur le lit avec vue sur la lumière du couloir , les volets qui ne ferment pas. La salle de bain n'est pas digne du prix de la chambre, un peu vieillot. Bref rapport qualité prix moyen.

Obliging staff

Second time we have stayed here. Staff are very obliging and professionally friendly without being obtrusive Nice pool and garden area to relax in. Room was quite spacious (European standards), bright and airy The air conditioner was temporarily out of order so they set up an electric fan to circulate the air and with the windows open, it was a very pleasant night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Hôtel de charme, vraiment.

L’hôtel Estélou est un hôtel très agréable. Sobre mais décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il est situé dans une ancienne gare. Les abords sont joliment paysagés, la piscine est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Seule petite ombre au tableau la proximité d’un parking public avec les chambres dites Garden qui entraîne un peu de bruit dans la soirée (fêtards) et le matin (départ de randonnées cyclistes). Mais l’hôtel a désormais un gardien de nuit ; ce qui permet que le calme soit rapidement restauré. Nous conseillons cet hôtel avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme !
