Vacations Close To Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery

Great location, close to 24 hour dining and major highways. Great place to stay while we passed through.

Room was very good. Staff was very slow at check in and not well trained, had to ask questions of manager. I paid for parking and could not get in or out of the parking garage, except for when i checked out and management finally got the message that their in and out system was broken and they left the gate open. They have a lounge area with nice chairs but we had to get our own drinks at the bar and bring them into the lounge. Staff never came by to ask if we needed another drink or anything. We and others in the lounge were totally ignored, even with live music on Friday night. Very disappointed in our stay. I will really question where I will ever stay in another Intercontinental Property again.

Excellent facility, the staff was very helpful & recommend several dinner options in the area. Breakfast was very good & the coffee was delicious.

Everything about this property was perfect! Truly a home away from home for my family, including my dog! All of the staff were very nice and helpful, all essentials that my family needed for our week’s stay was in our unit, and the hotel location was in close proximity of everywhere we needed to visit. This will be the only hotel I reserve when I travel to Overland Park, and I highly recommend it to future travelers!

25 dollars to park at a $200/night hotel was insulting. Seems like all Holiday Inns (and the Express) have cut staff back and it sure does show it...
