I hate having to pay for parking at a hotel. Also breakfast buffet not included. Hotel was okay, a little outdated. Staff was very kind, especially the woman working the pool area. We were there for a soccer tournament and the girls were dying to go for a swim after a long day of soccer. About 10 girls rolled in 50 minutes before closing. The poor lady didn't say a word, but you could tell she was getting ready to close up for the night. she was so KIND!!

In the bathroom was a bath towel that was supposed to be clean but it had obvious makeup all over it. 4 elevators and the one elevator would always read 15 down and never changed. When you got in and pressed your floor it would go right past the one you selected and you would be riding up and down in it for a while. 1 elevator didn’t work at all and the other 2 elevators would barely ever show up for you to use. The staff were excellent and polite. The restaurant inside was awesome. By far the best filet mignon I’ve ever had.
